Create payments programmatically

Use POST for new integrations so protected content is sent in the request body instead of the URL.

POST index.php pid=api_create amount=1.25 addr=YOUR_FRESH_GRLC_ADDRESS [email protected] code=CONTENT_OR_HTTPS_URL

Legacy pid=api_get remains available for compatibility, but GET query strings may be stored in browser, proxy or server logs.
